You can also make this BBQ into an offset smoker, by adding a Char-Broil Charcoal 2Go model - simply bolt this to the side of the Charcoal L, and use the smaller box as the heat source, with your food in the large chamber. This method enables low temperatures to be achieved for 'low and slow' smoking technique.
