Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Items in brand-new condition can typically be returned within 30 business days following delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and supply information regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive return instructions from us, ensure the item(s) are repacked in their original packaging.
  3. Return the item(s) as per the provided instructions. We will share the return address and shipping details once your return request is accepted. (Please note: Returns made without authorization will not be accepted).
  4. We usually process returns within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

If the return is based on buyer preference (for instance, dissatisfaction with the product or an incorrect size chosen), a complete refund will still be processed.

No restocking fees will apply to returns.
